I am Rimi and I help women to prioritize their wellbeing to prevent and recover from periods of burnout, chronic stress, and low mood.
My method consists of three pillars:

Personalized resistance training routine.

Mindfulness practices and journalling.

Prioritizing a healthy and balanced diet.
