True wellbeing starts from within. Through mindfulness-based coaching, we’ll develop the tools to help you slow down, tune in, and make intentional choices. From journaling and habit tracking to guided meditations, you’ll learn to create space for yourself, process emotions in a healthy way, and build a mindset that allows you to navigate life with clarity and self-trust.

Hey hey Lovely!
I am Rimi and I help women to prioritise their wellbeing as a function of how they hold space for themselves in their lives.
Women's wellbeing, unfortunately over the years has been a heavily neglected space in the fitness and health industries; everything from insensitivity concerning women's hormonal, reproductive and mental health historically, to one-size-fits-all approaches that do not take the individual woman's needs into consideration.
As women, we experience our unique challenges concerning our relationship with our bodies, food and our own unique power to claim authority over our wellbeing, time, space and energy.
It's my mission to support and guide women through these out-dated standards and ideas of what health, fitness and confidence looks like.
