Rimi Omo, Women's Wellness Coach

Hey there! I'm Rimi, Head Coach at Only You. Born and raised in London, I now call the Dutch countryside my home.

​

My journey towards wellbeing has been transformative and tumultuous, beginning in 2018.

 

After experiencing burnout while working in a sales position at a tech company, I decided to move to another country to prioritize my health and discover more about myself and the direction I wanted my life to take.

​

For over 15 years, I struggled with depression and anxiety. The idea of running myself into the ground, neglecting my own needs, and living in survival mode was all too familiar to me. During this period, I realized how overwhelmed and disconnected I had become due to the demands of my corporate job and societal expectations of what a successful life should look like.

​

I turned to various mindfulness and self-discovery strategies such as meditation, constructive journaling, and physical activities like walking and exercise. I also experimented a lot with nutrition and diet to support my mental health. Additionally, I explored different modalities of therapy and plant medicine.

 

These practices became my modus operandi, improving my mental health, productivity, clarity, and direction at work, which quickly resulted in a a promotion and an opportunity to work at another big tech company.

ABOUT ME

Although I did well in my new role, combined with a lifestyle of wellbeing, I soon discovered that my health and wellbeing were too important to sacrifice for a career path that no longer aligned with my life goals.

 

Thanks to the lifestyle, routine, practices, and dedication to self-discovery I had cultivated over the past five years, I developed the emotional courage and mental clarity to support career-driven, ambitious women in prioritizing their wellbeing in favor of a life vision they desire.

​

With a background in Philosophy and Psychology (BSc), corporate experience, and qualifications as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and PN Nutrition Coach, I bring a holistic approach to your wellbeing journey.

 

My path has taught me the importance of authenticity and listening to our bodies and minds.

 

Through these practices, I learned to move through pain and suffering with an open heart, self-compassion, and love, instead of being overtaken by them as in the past.

​

In 2020, I embarked on a journey as a bodybuilder, culminating in placing first overall in my first competition in 2023. I am now working towards my next competition!

My vision is to empower people to love their lives by honoring their minds and bodies.

 

At Only You, "personal empowerment" is the mantra. It’s about taking ownership of our lives, making conscious choices, and celebrating our individuality.

 

This requires a committed heart and a driven spirit towards wellbeing.

My mission is to guide you through this process with a unique blend of fitness, mindfulness, and journaling practices.

 

Together, we'll ignite your journey of self-actualization, find happiness, and act on behalf of your autonomy. I'm here to support and guide you in nurturing a life of meaning, defined by you, on your terms.
