How Mindfulness Fits Into My Coaching

Mindfulness isn’t just about sitting in silence; it’s about being present in your body, habits, and choices. It’s about recognising the patterns that shape your life and creating space for new ones that truly serve you.

The reality is, it takes a host of beliefs, thoughts, and habits to lead us into burnout, lifestyle-related health issues, feeling unfulfilled, disconnected, and stuck. Just as we got here through repeated patterns, it takes a new set of beliefs, thoughts, and habits to pave a different path toward wellbeing.

This is what mindfulness provides.

We all know what it takes to live a healthy life; eat well, move our bodies, manage stress. Yet, when we try to start, we often fall back into old habits, blame ourselves for lacking discipline, and feel stuck in cycles of frustration.

The missing piece? Mindfulness.

In my coaching, mindfulness is woven into a lot of what we'll do together.  Helping you break free from rigid rules, self-judgment, and all-or-nothing thinking.

 

Through journaling, reflection, habit tracking, and guided meditations, you’ll learn to shift patterns at their root, build self-trust, and make choices that truly honour you.
